About Isanti County 

Braham 

Braham is a small, friendly community located 60 miles north of the Twin Cities off of Hwy 65. After Braham's first Pie Day on July 20, 1990, Governor Rudy Perpich declared Braham the "Home-Made Pie Capital of Minnesota" and it quickly gained national and international recognition. Braham’s population is just under 1,500 people. 

Cambridge 

Cambridge is nestled comfortably on the east bank of the Rum River. Although sporting the prestigious name given by the settlers from New England, Cambridge and its surrounding areas soon became filled with Swedish immigrants. As the Isanti County Seat, Cambridge is the hub of area activity, offering government offices, county fairgrounds, a regional library, community college, and a multi-specialty full service hospital. Numerous recreational options, celebrations, civic and church organizations, along with a strong commitment to volunteerism, offers both young and old residents the opportunity to actively participate in community life the way it was truly meant to be. Cambridge’s population is just over 6,600 people. 

Isanti 

Isanti is a fast growing city on the banks of the Rum River, north of the Twin Cities. Isanti has a long commitment to volunteering, preserving its heritage, and looking ahead to its future. Every month there is at least one event hosted by one of the many organizations dedicated to the citizens. It is a delightful city with a population is 4,489 people.
